    I don't get anything but the vietnamese coffee with boba. I didn't know such a thing existed until I came here. and my god.. it's so good. I always go for Starbucks, or smoothies (mostly for the boba).. so it's like I can now get the best of BOTH worlds at one place. I asked for them to put half the amount of ice , but they won't or can't for whatever reason.. but this is my go to spot for my drink now regardless. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays... kinda sucks but whatever.

    Usually go here on my break from works, fast & friendly service! Also download their app, they have a free pastry, coffee or etc every first of the month. Very clean and stocked up! The walls have some history from where they originated

    This is a great place for some yummy goodness! We ventured here because we just got done eating dinner in the same vicinity...a few businesses down. What can I say....I love desserts! This place hit the spot and I cannot wait to go back. It was easy to order and it was pretty speedy....maybe because it was later in the evening almost closing time.

    My favorite go to place for coffee, cakes, bread and boba drinks. They have the apps for rewards, but with the new app they increased the reward points for redeem, it's now causing more rewards for redemption.
